The National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC) has made a $13 million equity investment in Quantum Brilliance (QB), a diamond quantum technology company. The NRFC’s capital will be used by QB to create one of the world’s first foundries for quantum diamond devices. Quantum diamond devices are key components in emerging quantum computing and sensing technologies.
